Fun Cakes Ready to use White Chocolate Ganache 260 grams - Kate's Cupboard

This delicious, ready to use ganache is versatile, super smooth and very easy to use - you can cover, fill and decorate your cakes all with the same product. Not only that, it is great to flavour ice cream and use as a chocolate filling.

For chocolate filling: mix the product with a mixer to get the ganache light, airy and suitable for piping.

For covering and piping: heat the product in the microwave for 1 minute at 340W or warm au Bain Marie to get the right consistency.

For a buttercream or soft chocolate/cake filling: mix 150g softened butter with the product for 5 minutes on high speed.

Ingredients:
White Chocolate: vegetable fat (palm, shea), sugar, MILK powder (skimmed), cream powder, emulsifier: E322 (SOY), flavouring.

In these circumstances, return postage costs are payable by the customer. Please contact us within 14 days of receipt of the item via phone call or email, please ensure you have received acknowledgement before returning your item. The order must be returned to us within 14 calendar days from the point of making contact. Be sure to include details of your full name, Address, order number and reason for return. Items need to be in as new condition and returned with reasonable care. We strongly advise using a tracked service to return your item to us.
