Deposit is refunded upon return of the cake tin in good time and in good condition.

Please keep your packaging and re-use this to return the item to us.  Please obtain proof of posting. Cost of return post is buyers resposibility. 

Upon hire of this item you are agreeing to our hire terms and conditons stated below.

1. The goods are subject to availability. In the event that we cannot supply them we will inform you and you will be advised on any circumstances that may lead to delay. We appreciate that a delay may not be acceptable, in which case we will provide a full refund of any payment made in connection with the specific transaction. .
2. Payment can be made by cash or card. In the case of website orders, we accept card payment (or cash on collection by arrangement); 
3. Professional bake ware hire will incur a charge for the projected number of days loan at the prevailing shop and web hire rates and a security deposit at the time of transaction. To ensure the safe return of our cake tins and stands we charge refundable deposits equal to the retail value of the professional bake ware to cover replacement cost. Your hire period starts from the working day of collection or 1 day after despatch (for web orders) of your order and finishes on the day the professional bake ware is recorded as returned to the shop. (in the case of website hire the return date is taken as day of posting back to us) For clarity, Sundays and bank holidays are included as chargeable days for the hire period. The Cook’s Cupboard operating days are Monday to Saturday excluding bank holidays unless specified otherwise at the time of hire.
4. Please adhere to the IMPORTANT NOTE FOR CLEANING as it is important that you return the professional bake ware in a clean condition undamaged condition. It is sufficient to soak the professional bake ware in hot water with detergent and clean with a non-abrasive cloth. Upon the return of the goods in clean and satisfactory condition (free from damage to the surface dents and bends) a full refund of the deposit will be made on the same day for collection or for web orders, next working day to when the item(s) were received by us subject to the following supplementary charges. Should any item be unfortunately returned late the following costs will be incurred:
   1. CAKE TINS £2.00 per full or part day will be deducted from your deposit up to the full deposit value,
   2. CAKE STANDS £5 per full or part day will be deducted from your deposit up to the full deposit value.
   3. CAKE KNIFES £1 per full or part day will be deducted from your deposit up to the full deposit value.   
5. The deposit will not be refunded for items returned in unsatisfactory condition. It is important that good are NOT PLACED IN A DISHWASHER.
6. These Terms and Conditions are deemed to be accepted on entering into agreement for the hire of professional bake ware from The Cooks Cupboard
